Quality Policy Statement
The Company is committed to meeting the quality requirements of its clients by ensuring that its services meet the client requirements as laid down in the Crew Management/Manning Agreement and by maintaining and continuously improving the quality of services.
The Company will conduct its business affairs in a safe, efficient, and reputable manner in the best interests of its clients and the Company employees.
In offering its services the Company will endeavour to ensure the quality of the management process, and will not knowingly participate in any illegal activity.
Safety and Environment Policy Statement
The Company is responsible for minimizing risks by:
Conducting its business affairs, such that all decision making persons takes full into account the present standards and not in any case shall jeopardize the safety of the vessel and its crew.
Employing competent and suitably qualified personnel, who are able to effectively supervise and carry out their duties in a safe and sound manner.
Providing suitable training for personnel to facilitate the effective employment of the operating procedures as laid down in clients SMS manual.
Maintaining contingency plans to be used in the event of emergency situations.
All activities and aspects will be revised, and if necessary replaced frequently, to ensure the continuous improvement of the quality of services and the Company’s performance.
Drug and Alcohol Policy Statement (D&A policy)
It is the Company policy to prevent any vessel within the manned fleet from being operated by persons under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
The Company prohibits the unlawful possession and handling of drugs on any vessel and on Company premises, or when conducting Company business.
Any employee found in breach of this policy will be dismissed without any notice.
All the office and shipboard personnel are required to support and contribute to the effective implementation of the Company policies.
